The Sangla OR/CR product of Asialink Finance Corporation is a type of secured loan where a vehicle’s Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) are used as collateral.

Asialink Finance Corporation accepts vehicles from the 2009 year model and newer for their New Car Refinancing and Sangla OR/CR products.

A. Basic Requirements

  • Completely filled out application form
  • 2×2 picture
  • Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
  • Latest original water/electric/landline bills
  • Proof of Residency
  • Documented Proof of Income
  • Employed Applicant Certificate of Employment, Company ID, 3 months payslips with payroll bank account statement
  • With Business Mayor’s Permit, DTI/SEC Registration, other business documents such as purchase orders, project contracts, etc.

  • Official Receipt & Certificate of Registration (OR/CR);
  • Latest Picture of Vehicle;
  • Proof of TIN
  • Franchise / Permit to Operate (For Taxi/PUV); and
  • Basic Loan Requirements

Second Hand and Brand-New Financing Major Requirements (Car, Truck and Multicab)

  • Official Receipt & Certificate of Registration (OR/CR);
  • Offer to Sell / Price Quotation;
  • Latest Picture of Vehicle;
  • Proof of TIN; and
  • Basic Loan Requirements

 

Real Estate Mortgage Major Requirements

  • Owner’s duplicate copy of Original Certificate of Title (OCT) / Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) / Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT);
  • Updated Tax Declaration on Land and improvement;
  • Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt (RETR) and Tax Clearance of both Land and Improvements;
  • Vicinity Map with location plan ;
  • Fire Insurance (applicable for a property with improvement with a value of over 500k);
  • Three (3) months bank statement; and
  • Basic Loan Requirements

 

Personal Loan for Doctors Major Requirements

  • Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID or proof of renewal (if expired);
  • Three (3) months bank statement; and
  • Basic Loan Requirements

Asialink Finance Corporation offers personal loans exclusively for doctors.

The loan application process usually takes 5 business days, depending on the availability of the required documents and the client.

Yes, I can still apply for a loan. If the company requires me to open a checking account, Asialink Finance Corporation will gladly endorse me to their partner bank.

Asialink personnel will call me to inform me if my application is approved. I will also receive instructions on how to claim my loan proceeds.

Loans are disbursed via checks, direct deposit, or cash card.

I can contact Asialink’s Customer Service Department for assistance.

There is no need to pay off my loan first. I can apply for a renewal if I have already paid at least 50% of my original loan. The outstanding balance will be deducted from the proceeds of the new loan application.

I can contact Asialink’s Renewal Department, visit the nearest branch, or seek assistance from my original Loan Consultant.

Loan Consultants earn commissions for every successful loan application referred to Asialink. The commission amount varies based on the loan type and amount approved.

Asialink provides training sessions, marketing materials, and ongoing support to help consultants understand loan products and improve their sales techniques.

As a consultant, you can refer clients for a variety of loan products including personal loans for doctors, car loans, and more, depending on Asialink’s current offerings.
